A necklace changes the proportion of a man’s silhouette. It draws the eye to the chest, adds weight and intention to an open collar, and says something before a word is spoken. Choosing one is a question of scale, symbol and how you dress.
Chain Length
Most THOHT necklaces come on a 55-75 cm chain. A shorter chain (55 cm) sits just below the collarbone – visible in an open collar, hidden under a shirt. A longer chain (70-75 cm) hangs lower on the chest, better for larger pendants or layering. Custom length is available on any piece.
Pendant Types
Sculptural Pendants
The ANTIQUO, MEMORIA and MINIMAL MOOD pendants are shaped objects: forms derived from nature, from shells and coastal shapes. These work as a centrepiece. One pendant, one chain, nothing else.
Skull Pendants
CRANEO and GREY SKULL are for men who wear the skull as a symbol of transformation, not as trend. The oxidized silver gives weight and age to the piece.
Geometric Pendants
CIRCLE and HYPNOSIS are minimal: a circle, a spiral. These pair well with other pieces or wear alone for a clean look.
How to Wear It
Open collar, one button undone: the necklace sits in the opening, visible and grounded. T-shirt: the chain rests on the fabric, the pendant hangs freely. Layering: two necklaces of different lengths (e.g. 55 cm and 70 cm) with different pendant weights.
