2. TERMS OF SERVICE
2.1. The online store offers jewelry sales within Spain.
2.2. By making a purchase, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.
2.3. The prices displayed in the store are gross prices in EUR.
2.4. The seller reserves the right to change prices and product availability.
3. PAYMENT METHODS

4. SHIPPING AND RETURNS
4.1. Shipping
- The courier service provider is DHL.
- Delivery time: 2 to 5 business days within Spain.

- To initiate a return, the customer must notify the seller via email and return the product in an unused and undamaged condition.
- The customer bears the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a store error.
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

5.1. If the product is defective, the customer has the right to file a complaint within 2 years from the purchase date.
